My regrets from my first yoga class – if any, were not being dressed comfortably enough. I wore jeans, which was possible, but not as comfortable as cotton would have been. So, I want to share my experience with you, so that you are above and beyond prepared!
When attending your first class, you’ll probably want to bring:
- a water bottle,
- a towel in case you or your mat gets a little sweaty,
- and of course, a mat, if you have one. If not, the Yoga Seed has them available for everyone FREE of charge, which is rare.
- You may also like to bring a snack or two for after class.
- Don’t forget hair ties and clips, just in case.
You’ll also want to dress in comfy, breathable clothing.
It doesn’t matter how you look for yoga, as long as you’re comfortable and can move with ease. Wear what feels right and bring your essentials to your studio and practice for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
