My journey with yoga began around five years ago. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2007. Yoga was suggested to me as form of treatment. I found a local studio near my home and have been practicing ever since. The practice was fun, physical and spiritual. It was exactly what I needed. Yoga has been a healing path for me. I feel alive and free on my mat. I became a teacher is to give back what was so graciously given to me. To help heal, inspire and love. We are all on this amazing journey together, one breath at a time. My classes are fun, energetic and playful. In 2010 I completed Zuda yoga’s 200-hour teacher training and I participated in workshops, lectures, and teacher intensives.
