I appreciate the title of teacher but I identify more as student, because I recognize that a crucial part of teaching the process continual learning.   I believe that when we stay in humble observation of ourselves that we discover an abundance of love for ourselves and others.  Yoga as the practice of moving through postures is a way for us to investigate who we are and where we are at in each moment.  When we take the time to listen, we are able to become aware of what our needs are and in turn are our own best healers.  In this way yoga is simply a way of gaining insight into our inner world as opposed to an overwhelming and inaccessible physical process guiding you towards external or esthetic goals.  I know with my strongest of convictions that yoga is a practice that is absolutely available to everyone, which is why I am so excited to be a part of the Yoga Seed Collective.  My classes are an opportunity to explore sensation in your body and practice mindfulness as a way of celebrating who you are.  When you come, you enter the class already perfect, ready to observe your perfection, explore the richness of feeling in your body, and have fun!
