I am a strong supporter of the Yoga Seed Collective’s mission of accessible yoga for everyone. I started yoga at a very difficult and stressful time in my life, when it seemed I didn’t have many options for moving forward. The Yoga Seed allowed me to practice, even while I couldn’t afford to pay for classes. I was drawn to yoga for anxiety reduction and injury recovery. Yoga has not only provided emotional support, and helped me to recover from physical injury, but it has also helped me discover a passion for life that I had never dreamed possible. It is challenging work, but nothing I have done in my life has been as rewarding or feels as worthwhile as being a yoga instructor. My intent is to offer support to our community in finding ways to live that are authentic and align with our most genuine selves, because I believe that is the path to true happiness, satisfaction, and freedom. I am a graduate of the Yoga Seed Collective’s 200 hour teacher training program, and I am currently enrolled in the Yoga Seed’s 300 hour YTT. I am so grateful for the Yoga Seed community and all that it sustains. Thank you for allowing me to be a conduit for this teaching and practice as I work to honor my teachers before me.
