Jen has taken two 200 hour training’s, one at hari om ashram in India, and one right here at The Yoga Seed. She teaches all bodies and beginners yoga at the studio as well as classes in outreach.
Jen found yoga by chance during college and new this was what she wanted to do for a living. Yoga helped her feel more confident in her own skin, and helped reduce her anxiety. Jen wants her students to experience the same, to know they are perfect as they are and to walk away feeling confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin.
Try to smile every day and don’t sweat the small things
Other than teaching yoga, you can find Jen at our administrative office answer emails and phone calls, and coordinating our volunteer team. Jen also enjoys hiking and spending time with her 3 kitties.
