Jonathan came to yoga though a junior college class, in an attempt to recreate a felt presence of connectedness. It worked.
Taking part in a teacher training at the Yoga Seed further solidified that treasured sense of belonging. He loves to talk about movement, and regularly draws on dance, martial arts, and gymnastics in his classes. He believes that play and exploration are key in developing a yoga practice.
Jonathan has cried in class before, but laughs far more often. Jonathan’s teaching ethos is “take it or leave it, this is YOUR practice. I offer but suggestions.” He thinks it would be hella rad to meet you in class one day.
