Karl discovered yoga in 2009 in a community college class. He later came across the Yoga Seed and began volunteering and practicing at the studio. Eventually he completed the Yoga Seed’s assisting training and assisted classes until participating in one of the Yoga Seed’s 265hr teacher
Karl’s vinyasa classes often include balance flows, meditation and pranayama. He draws inspiration from classical yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, mythology, poetry and rock climbing. He’s a huge nerd. Though he often cracks really bad jokes in class, students keep coming back. It remains a mystery.
