I took my first yoga class in 1999 and it definitely did not come naturally to me. For years, my yoga practice was sporadic, happening when convenient or needed. After going through a deeply challenging time in my life, I began “needing” a yoga practice on a daily basis to manage stress and anxiety. The challenging time lasted long enough to make my practice a consistent habit and I have found immense support from my consistent practice. I completed a 265-hour teacher training at The Yoga Seed in 2013 and continue my studies with trainings, workshops, and courses.

I teach to learn and look forward to what I will learn next. My classes are vinyasa and yin style yoga. Come to my class to make changes in your habits and live a more intentional life. My passions are adventure, language, and traveling. I love the journey.
