Lisa believes that a powerful gift of yoga is connecting with the beautiful person within you. After 15 years of working as a counselor and social worker, she started teaching yoga after experiencing the transformative miracles of yoga herself.
Lisa is trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. She loves coming up with creative modifications for her students so that everyone feels comfortable and included in her classes. In addition to yoga, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, reading, meditation, going to “kid movies” and checking-out new restaurants.
