Nic is a social worker, therapist, advocate and life-long student. At The Yoga Seed he teaches classes that facilitate the integration of breath, movement and sound in a way that compassionately challenges the reactions of the mind. Amazed at how yoga helped him create harmony out of stressors in his life, he began to study more about the subject and decided to share the teachings with others.
He has studied different styles of yoga asana, including Vinyasa, Chair and Kundalini. He believes that Yoga is for all people, and everyone deserves the right to experience the benefits of a yoga practice. Nic is dedicated to helping people achieve their potential inside and outside the studio, motivated by the belief that everyone deserves to be happy, healthy and holy!
