We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves

We pride ourselves on having some of the most vibrant, down-to-earth, & knowledgeable teachers around. That said, all of our classes are very different, and all have a different feel to them. Some will be more philosophical, others more breath oriented, and some will get you sweating like crazy. We are a studio that seeks to serve its community, and since Sacramento is one of the most diverse cities in the nation – no wonder our teachers are all different!
